NEWMETH Terms of Use
Welcome to NEWMETH at www.newmeth.com. These terms form an agreement between you and the platform operator governing registration, sign-in, and use of the services. Selecting acceptance, completing registration, or using a service means that you have read and accepted these terms.
1. Services
NEWMETH provides methodology learning such as LSS Wiki, professional tools such as statistical analysis, knowledge retrieval, and business solutions for product development quality, customer management, Lean operations, inventory optimization, and store diagnostics. Available functions, scope, and allowances are those shown on the platform and may be adjusted, upgraded, or retired as the service evolves.
2. Accounts and security
- You may register and sign in with a mobile verification code. Successful verification of an unregistered number creates an account.
- Provide accurate registration information and protect your password and verification codes. You are responsible for loss caused by failing to safeguard them.
- Your account is for your own use and may not be lent, transferred, or used for an unlawful purpose.
3. User data and content
- Files uploaded to a tool, including CSV and Excel files, are used to produce the requested analysis. You must have lawful rights to the data and must not upload unlawful content or third-party personal information without authorization.
- Automated results depend on the data and method you select. They are informational and do not constitute investment, business, legal, or medical advice. You remain responsible for decisions based on them.
4. Trials and paid services
Some functions include a free trial allowance. Quantity, validity, and usage rules are displayed in the product. Paid products, prices, benefits, billing method, and price version are confirmed before payment and are also governed by the Membership Agreement, Payment Terms, and Refund and Support Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You must not violate law or public order, interfere with the platform, maliciously obtain trial allowances, scrape protected data, reverse engineer the service, or infringe another party's intellectual property or lawful rights. NEWMETH may restrict, suspend, or terminate service for a violation.
6. Intellectual property
Intellectual property in the software, interface design, methodology content, documents, and marks belongs to the platform operator or the relevant rightsholder. You may not copy, distribute, or commercially exploit it without written permission. Rights in your uploaded data and in portions of an analytical output that belong to you remain yours.
Graphical outputs generated with a NEWMETH tool belong to you. Copyright in the tool software, interface, export capability, and related design remains with newmeth.
7. Statutory rights, disclaimers, and liability
NEWMETH applies security and availability measures appropriate to the service. When force majeure, network failure, or a third-party service causes an interruption, we will respond promptly and accept responsibility as required by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights concerning personal or property safety, intentional misconduct or gross negligence, deficient service quality, or other non-excludable statutory protections.
8. Changes and termination
These terms may be revised as the service changes. The revised version and effective date will be published on this page, and material changes will be communicated through a reasonable in-product notice. Continuing to use the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. The parties should first attempt to resolve a dispute through good-faith discussion. If that fails, either party may bring proceedings before a court with jurisdiction at the location of the platform operator.
