NEWMETH Membership Agreement
This agreement forms part of the NEWMETH Terms of Use and applies when you purchase or use a membership service. Before activating a membership, review the benefits, duration, and scope displayed on the membership and order-confirmation pages.
1. Membership services
Membership benefits may include usage allowances for designated tools, member points, members-only content, discounts, or other services expressly shown on the relevant page. Benefits vary by plan. The purchase page and order-confirmation page control.
2. Activation and effective period
- Membership begins after payment is completed and you receive confirmation that activation succeeded.
- The membership period follows the term stated in the order. The corresponding benefits end when that term expires.
- If a system delay prevents benefits from appearing promptly, retain the order information and contact us for assistance.
3. Rules of use
Membership benefits are for the purchasing account holder only. They may not be transferred, rented, sold, or otherwise provided to a third party for compensation. NEWMETH may apply restrictions under the Terms of Use to malicious account sharing, circumvention of usage limits, or disruption of the platform.
4. Changes and renewal
Plans, prices, and benefits may change as the service evolves. An effective order will be fulfilled according to the terms confirmed at purchase. Renewals and later purchases follow the information displayed at that time. NEWMETH will not charge you automatically without your authorization.
5. Refunds and termination
Membership refunds follow the Refund and Support Policy. Benefits already used or consumed are not restored when an account is closed or service is terminated because of a user breach, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
