NEWMETH, available at www.newmeth.com, respects your personal information. This policy explains what we collect, how we use and protect it, and the rights available to you.
1. Information we collect
- Account information: your mobile number when you register or sign in, plus information you choose to provide such as a display name, avatar, or password.
- Verification information: the mobile number and delivery record required to send an SMS verification code.
- Usage data: page visits, feature events, device type, and browser type used to improve the product and protect the service. Analytics do not record passwords, verification codes, authentication credentials, or complete user-entered form content.
- Uploaded files: data uploaded to an analysis tool is used only to produce the result you request.
2. How we use information
- Create and manage your account and synchronize progress and results.
- Send sign-in verification codes through the configured messaging provider using only the mobile number required for delivery.
- Measure product usage and improve functionality and experience.
- Protect users and the platform from fraud and abuse.
3. Storage and protection
Your information is stored on servers within the People's Republic of China. We use access controls, HTTPS transport encryption, and data minimization. Personal information is retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes described here, then deleted or anonymized.
4. Sharing
We do not provide personal information to a third party except when necessary to deliver a requested service, when you give explicit consent, or when required by law or a competent authority. We do not sell personal information.
5. Cookies and local storage
Necessary local storage keeps you signed in, protects the service, and remembers your privacy choice. Optional page and feature analytics are disabled by default and begin only after you select “Allow usage analytics.” You may withdraw that choice by clearing the site's local storage; withdrawal does not affect processing completed beforehand.
6. Third-party services and separate consent
- Messaging provider: processes the mobile number and delivery status after you request a verification code.
- Payment provider: processes the order number, amount, and payment status only after you choose the method and confirm payment.
- AI model provider: processes the input required for a generation only after the relevant tool identifies the action and you initiate it. Do not enter passwords, verification codes, identity documents, or unnecessary sensitive information.
An action involving a mobile number, payment, or disclosure to a third party provides a contextual notice and obtains the required authorization. Material changes to a provider or processing purpose will be reflected in this policy and, where required, presented for renewed consent.
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, or close your account. Use the member center or contact us below. We will verify your identity and respond within a reasonable period.
8. Children
NEWMETH is intended for businesses and working professionals, not children under 14. If we learn that a child's personal information was collected inadvertently, we will delete it promptly.
9. Policy updates
Updates are published on this page with a revised version and effective date. Material changes will be communicated through a reasonable in-product notice.
