NEWMETH Payment Terms
These terms apply when you pay for a NEWMETH membership, points, or another paid service. The checkout page and order record control the specific product, amount, payment method, and order status.
1. Payment methods
NEWMETH may support Alipay, WeChat Pay, or other compliant payment services. A transaction is sent to the selected payment provider only after you actively accept the applicable terms, choose a payment method, and confirm payment. You must also comply with that provider's service and security rules.
2. Order confirmation
- Before paying, verify the product, quantity, benefits, amount, and account information.
- The payment result is determined by the NEWMETH order record together with the result returned by the payment provider.
- If funds were deducted but the order was not updated, do not pay again. Contact us with the order number so we can investigate.
3. Payment security
NEWMETH will not ask for your payment password, SMS verification code, or complete bank-card details through an unofficial page. Use a trusted device and network, and beware of impersonated support agents or requests to transfer money directly.
4. Invoices and records
Order and payment records may be used to investigate a transaction. Invoice availability and issuance follow the functions and instructions provided by the platform at the time.
5. Exceptions and refunds
Duplicate charges, failed payments, delayed settlement, and refund questions are handled according to the actual order and payment-provider transaction status. See the Refund and Support Policy for eligibility and processing times.
