客户每 10 秒要一件,产线做得越快就越好吗?If the customer needs one part every 10 seconds, is a faster line always better?

节拍时间 = 可用生产时间 ÷ 客户需求量,它由客户定,不是车间拍脑袋定。这里客户固定每 10 秒取一件:产线慢了会缺货,快了会堆成品;只有稳稳跟上节拍,才不会把“做得快”变成过量生产。公式与 EPE、SMED 的联动见 F50 教学页Takt time = available production time ÷ customer demand. The customer sets it; the plant does not. Here the customer collects one part every 10 seconds. A slower line misses demand, while a faster line builds finished goods. 稳态口径:三工位在计时前已填满管线,排除首次填线的启动损失;这样读到的缺货和积压只来自 C/T 与客户节拍的差,不偷换问题。Steady-state boundary: the three-station pipeline is full before the clock starts, removing startup fill loss. Stockouts and inventory therefore come only from the gap between cycle time and customer Takt.

节拍不是让人拼命加速,而是让全线按客户需要的速度同步。Takt is not a command to work faster. It synchronizes the whole line to the customer's rate.

✗ 每站按自己最快干✗ Let every station run as fast as it can
✓ 全线按同一节拍同步,局部超产只会把在制品推给下游。✓ Synchronize the line to one pace. Local overproduction only pushes WIP downstream.
